The anti-cheat is the 'Master' system.
The master (who can be anyone, so long as they choose to be it) chooses the game's setup, and can change the server's gamemode, add bots (depending on server's settings), and change the server's availability.
They pick 'Open', where anyone can join, 'Veto', where the master can over-rule a vote, 'Locked', where new players are spectators only, or 'Private', where no-one can join.
The point of it all is:
If the server is nearly full, and no-one's cheating, lock the server so no-one else can join (and no cheaters).
If the server is nearly full, and no-one's cheating, lock the server, and vote-kick the cheaters.
If the master is cheating (by using F1 to pause the game and spin round, unpause then get a kill with the rifle, or whatever else), leave the server and join another one.
It seems really good, and a good anti-cheat (as in there's no anti-cheat at all, but hey, community, use these tools, get the cheaters to sod off), but it's
never used.
