Yea...FF has this really big thing about BHOPping. I suppose it would
be a challenge for the sniper to shoot a bhopper no matter how far
across the map he is. Eventually that bhopper will get in his face
and it's "Hiroshima time" for the sniper.
I chose "The sniper is balanced".
