I recently picked up an XD(M) in .40 and an XD(S). Unbelievable pistols...
And as a plus....on the side of the cases that both came in was the following warning:
XD(M) "Not Legal in California with High Capacity Magazine."
XD(S) "Not Legal in California."
Sigh...that fucking state...
