Imb, I can help you with packing files, if you want. I've done it successfully a few times.
If it helps, step 1 is downloading winbspzip, or pakrat (which I haven't used but heard is better).
Step 2 is not compiling cubemaps before trying to pak the file, which always gives me errors (although some people seem to be able to pull it off)
