pizzahut, it was an rcon ban that I did and can do easily via the NFO server cpanel and his IP is listed in the banlist. The message "Player is joining the server" means they are attempting to do so and will show up for every person who tries to connect, including people who are banned. It is only when you actually see them on the scoreboard (even if they haven't yet picked a team they'll appear in Unassigned) and when the welcome sound plays, that indicates they've successfully connected.

This is also happening in Snatch's server as well as a couple others I cant think of the names of.

NFO does have protection, however it costs $.

I've also been talking to them about this issue and they have yet to pinpoint the problem.
