The balanced teams dilemma is unsolvable. People are either going to want to play with the people they want to play with or will not play at all. I'd much rather play with someone that makes the game fun than have a strictly balanced matchup every time, and it's even harder to "solve" with 2v2 given how few players per team there are to work with.
