from what I've noticed the .res files are only on 2fort and warpath. It appears they have a webserver as well only took me like 60 sec to get all of the songs also it seems they are only used by the admins because I dont hear them very often. I know wavs bother some people but these days finding a tfc server full of good people is worth putting up with a few songs.
