It almost sounds like the sound some of my old fans made in the past.
Sometimes I could tap them or flick them and the sound would stop and some times wouldn't return for hours, days or even weeks. I replaced the fans and everything was good again.
Start isolating things. If you can disable the fans for a little bit to rule them out. Or if you can just stop the fan from moving while system is on just to see if the fans are the ones making the noise. (thats one of the things I did to see which fan it was at the time that was making the noise).
