Right now the advantage is so indiscernable that it does not matter either way.

When BHOP is back in and it actually matters, then this discussion will matter.

BHOP example, back when it was 120/125:

I was a Scout running with the flag. Skanky Butterpuss was a Pyro. Although a Scout can outrun a Pyro, he caught up to me enough and burninated me because he could BHOP and I could not.

Let us see how it works out when the cap goes up moar.
