Looks really good, especially considering the textures are only the official ones! Lighting is nice and subtle too, I remember face being very small inside though I take it your changing it for ff? Not sure why you would do that....
Legal? unless you get a cease and desist email/letter don't worry about it tbh, we are small fry to such companies.
Also try to add some meaning or purpose to the connecting rooms like in one of your screen shots.
