I thought I had my seventh or so Fortress running smoothly. Everything was going really nice.

Then the Sieges came.

I'm on my eighth fortress now.

As an aside, floodgates + levers make excellent castle gates. I'll post pics of my current fort later.

I like that I can play this game essentially in the background of whatever else I'm doing. Okay you little dude, dig out this section and the rest of you haul stone to the stockpile. I'm gonna go watch anime and I'll be back in 15 minutes to check on you.

I seem to have a problem getting marksdwarves to get going for some reason though. I made bows, I made arrows (well, bolts?), I assigned 'em to Marksdwarf and I had an archery range set up for them. Yet they don't really do anything aside from Wrestling. Aaaaggh.
