start it up...just don't get your hopes up to high, a lot of us have tried to do stuff similar to this and it rarely works. UGC worked the better than most and that was only b/c a few of us pushed it A LOT and even then, even after doing pretty much anything, within reason, that the community asked for, it's died over and over again
