Yes get another clan started...I need one more clan before I can open up the league. Promote as much as you can Kube and I'm sure people will come. Also don't worry too much about a server / web-site etc. as UGC is willing to forgo the rules of having one until the league can get settled. There are a few guys willing to help out with that too (-sN- and NFO i think)

Also I suggest you think up a name and then post Here. You might get flammed a bit by the other TFC / TF2 clans out there, but I'll moderate the post when needed and I'm sure some guys will be interested.
