Dispenser is good on maps where it can take some time for the offence to get to the FR, where bags aren't that common/need to be shared by the demo, or when you have competent front line D.
Maps like schtop or destroy are good, and destroy has alot of nice dispenser hiding spots in the FR like on the platform at the top of the ladder.
