That's probably the best way to go about it. I'll see if I can contact Rookie to see if he is willing to work on something like that. In the meantime, we at least have the team stack prevention part of that which we can hopefully get released as a default server script. The main issue I think comes from maps where it is advantageous to stack the teams, such as with skill maps or escape maps. So it would need to be coded to work only with certain game types like CTF, AVD, IVD.
