ff_volleyball is a map made by Green Mushy that was hugely popular in the beta but never got publicly released. I'd like to include it as an official map, but it desperately needs a makeover first.
The guidelines are simple:
- Map dimensions/size should stay the same. This means that all of the existing walls/net/floor/ceiling should be in the same place/have the same dimensions, but they do not necessarily need to be solid or opaque. Just note that the walls should be visible enough so that it doesn't impede gameplay (players need to be able to judge when the ball is going to hit a wall).
- You can change the ball material/model if you'd like, but the size and its properties should stay the same
Entries should be in the form of screenshots initially, but final submissions will need to provide the vmf + any material/model/rad/etc files that are required for the map.
Feel free to collaborate with others as much as you'd like.
There's no real deadline, but the quicker it gets done, the better.
