dispensers are really more of a hazard than helpful. only certain maps like ameliorate are they actually useful for collecting cells. I totally disagree with building a dispenser first. Gun is the priority. Build atleast a level 2 before you start messing with dispensers. Detting dispensers is fun though. lol

EDIT: Also always charge a rail when you're running around trying to grab bags. you can use it for the 40 cells or you can shoot it and hope for LOLOLS
