In console type:

Code:

fov <number>

This will change your fov until you die or change it again (like zooming in with the Sniper Rifle). Ranges from 80 to 120 I think, and the lower it is, more zoomed in you'll be.

Code:

default_fov <number>

This will make the fov you choose the default, staying at that range no matter what actions you do (unless zooming in, of course, but you'll be restored to the fov you selected when you unzoom). This one also ranges from 80 to 120.
