Caesium has single-handedly done more to help new players than anybody I can think of in FF, ten fold. He has gone out of his way to set up alias's to help train new clans. That one thing ALONE blows my mind. He helped grow euro clans like DMC from scratch. I've seen hours of his IRC logs with new players only for them to fuck off 1 game later and that's just what springs to mind.
