I use 1600 X 900 resolution. There is a difference as far as the loading screens go if you compare custom map loading screens with official map ones.

If you look at most of the official maps in VTFEditor, they have those 2 items checked off.

I don't think you have to remove the Nice Filter, but those 2 have to be checked to remove the blurr for ME. I know a few others have the same issue so I made a topic.

All custom maps I had to add those. Once I get home, I'll change a few of them back and post a few screenshots of before and after.
