It can't find vbsp.exe, vvis.exe, and vrad.exe, because they've moved to \sourcesdk\bin\ep1\bin\

Just change your first line to
cd "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\mrforgetfulness@yahoo.com\so urcesdk\bin\ep1\bin"
