You might already know this:
If you wanna sort out the texture stretching you need to chop up the displacements into relatively even, relatively small, sized blocks around the corners. I think I started doing it in some places to get more 'defined' corners, I think the left side of the ramp leading into the tunnel is an example of it. I deleted the vmf the other day now you've been working on it
Learnt a few other tricks while doing warpath which are worth passing along.
Joining 3 edges to 4 edges always useful and good at making it look not so flat (though it's easy to get texture stretching on this if it's by a corner):
