yeah, i've clanned alongside many older players in the past: i'd say the majority of clanmates have been in their ealier 20's, but there have been quite a few in their late 20's, 30's and 40's.
i've also noticed that when younger ppl clan they tend to group together, so maybe whoever it was saying clanning is for kids ran into one of those "kiddy clans"
there were a couple of those in TFC over the years and they did my head in lol...
