Right now the most popular MOBA gets around 400,000 people tuning in to watch some of the weekly scheduled tournament games. People even watch people playing farm simulator on this site...You can bet that if there's a game being played and somebody is streaming it then there is somebody out there willing to watch. The fortress games have a lot of potential to be excellent spectator games. It's a worthy consideration that could only help gain popularity.
