The government had "a plan", just like Katrina. They could/should have been burning that oil from day one, they didn't. They couldn't find equipment for a week, which is a hell of a worse response time then Katrina.

AFTER they got the booms, they didn't use them. They could have prevented it, but they didn't. That's failure. I don't care if you're a republican or a democrat, the response to this by the feds was horrible. Now, I appreciate that you listen to the main stream media and when they say half a million times to you that they've been there "from day one", I'd show you the video of that but they conveniently had it removed, but it's not true.
