I think you've must have misinterpreted something, VultureMan. He is Iranian, and was shocked because he lacked an ID. That's differant than he was shocked because he's Iranian and lacked an ID.

Either way, the main reason he was shocked was not because he lacked an ID, but rather for resisting and obstructing an officier. He was telling other students in the library to resist with him. That's retarded. Whenever you break the law, expect bad things to happen.
