there is no way to fix it, plain and simple its just bad mapping from the mapper. So just avoid those maps.

yea upper levels will probably be deserted as usual then, its like that with most maps, like badlands sniper bunker things, wells "real" sniper section in the FF version cause the concway is right...

That error has to do with maps that use HDR lighting effects(they need HDR compatible skyboxes). So ignore it.

As for your problem its most likely what fisheye said, try checking the pitch...
