Yes, that's what I mean. My player moves fine, but other players move like when they are lagging really bad (phasing in and out), but their ping is fine too. Also rockets act as though I am lagging...

OK, net_graph says my fps is 60 on all areas. it may drop to like 45-50 in a yard. so i shouldnt be having any FPS lag. my ping is like 20-30 on good servers, so I shouldn't have any net lag... ...
