Binding a key is the same as typing it in console and you can check what a key is bound to by...

A lot of the entity stuff is done in the lua files, http://www.geocities.com/cofrdrbob/vmex.html is always helpful learning tool though.

You could just open the bsp in wordpad or something

mouse 4/5 = gren 1/2
mwheelup/down = dropitems
shift = voice
space = 3jumps
The rest is pretty much default
