If you make a 1"x1"x1" model and put 16 of them in a row, they'll line up perfectly with the hammer...

Rooms are generally 128 units high and large rooms like warehouses are either 256 to 384 units high. Just use the thicker lines around the 8x8 unit squares for room height.

It definitely needs some form of signage on the walls though, it's quite a confusing map for new players and adding some painted arrows or signs...
