can't install source sdk base...

When i try to install sdk base it gets to "Decrypting Source SDK Base game files...", then it stops and i get an error saying "The steam servers are too busy to handle my request."

I have a source...

Engine Error

Internal driver error in Idirect3DDevice9::Present()

I keep getting this, and it causes FF to close out.
I can be playing for 1hour to 5seconds and ill keep getting it.

all good idea's but the cash prize would not be that big considering you would most likely have to split the money among the teammates which you would probably have than 4 players on your roster.
