It's not faster then a hard drive because you are using USB. And there are ways of running windows from a flash drive but I wouldn't want to mess with it. It's easier just to install apps portably...

Alright, so here is my "problem." I have a ton of random USB Flash Drives (or thumb drives as I call 'em). Most of them are 512MB and smaller... does anyone know of some crazy ideas I can pull off...
