Messages not appearing
Since the update on screen messages don't appear
Game_text and lua broadcast messages don't work since the 2.41 update. I tested this on two servers.

What?
Are you sure you have hud_messages set to 1? They are working fine for me. I can almost 100% guarantee you have some client setting that is disabling them.

Ah,that fixed it. It's still weird since I never even touched anything associated with broadcast messages.
