player spray back D:
basicly get back the ability to use sprays
not sure if this was already posted but anyway, try to fix the players sprays not showing to other players. This got bugged in 2.4 version I think

zE: sprays don't work in 2.41 anymore (note this is a valid issue and no one is stupid for experiencing this)
cj: change these two obscure cvars which defaults changed DUH YOU FREAKING IDIOTS DERR

we'll just make sure they're set to 1 again in the next patch.

The users choice is saved in config.cfg. Why it was decided to add that to valve.rc is way beyond me.

these two cvars are 1 by default, therefore, theres no need for them to be anywhere, so dont put them anywhere. If a user changes them, the changes are reflected in config.cfg
