Spray toggle

Since it looks nobody is doing, I'll make the suggestion formally. For those who don't know or are curious or w/e, this comes due to this thread.

It would be nice to have the option to toggle sprays on and off in the Fortress Options or regular Options menu. Right now it's doable but requires the use of commands, which are unintuitive and may not be accessible by everyone, and I think having the option to toggle them at hand shouldn't be very hard.

It could be an easy correction, like an "Allow sprays" check box or, as Ihmhi posted, have a scrolling menu with options (Allow sprays > No/Yes/Only own/Fortress Spray displaying the logo/Teams logo).
