Draw a range circle for detpack/SG/dispenser
It's a circle that shows the range of the weapon.
Plunk a detpack down, and as it's in "buildy mode" you see a teamcolored circle that shows its effective range. Ditto on the Sentry Gun and Dispenser (for detdispenser).
If anyone looks at the item in question (detpack, SG, dispenser), the circle fades in so they can reckon what the range of the thing is.
Since you can only look at one thing at a time, this is useful for indicating range without overloading the screen with teamcolored range circles.
