Slowfield effects
When a slowfield is done, it just disappears. I suggest making some kind of effect, like closing in on itself or something.

it should continue to expand and then dissipate. Imo closing in on itself would be kind of tacky. OR maybe it could even pop, like a bubble

Yeah that sounds good. Maybe it could expand from nothing to the normal size when it starts, then expand further into nothing like you suggest.
