add more logs specific actions

So basicly im messing with hlstatsx and i realize that you are really limited in the awards and points and stuff because a lot of actions ingame doesnt show in logs, some exaples.

wich sg level u destroyed
radio tag by sniper
Heal someone
Give armour to someone
Pick a bag
Respaw turret kills you
Diferent types of death, like hazzard fall etc.
Ball touch / trow / cap in waterpolo push maps
team win
and a lot other stuff

Ps. this is not a bug its a feature.
and keeps showing this to me when i try to post (You must select an applicable version for this issue.), but no 2.4.1 isnt in options.
