Medic Aura
The medic needs to be more distinct. I was thinking you could add an aura around the medic so friendly players within a certain distance of the medic would regenerate health. You could also make it distance sensitive. Player standing closer to the medic would regenerate health at a faster rate. Would make the medic more useful in defensive situations.

+ Auras don't stack.
+ Don't heal friendly medics
I think the aura needs to be supportive enough that it warrants the defense to specifically target the Medic if they want to make the incoming offense weaker.
