Griefing

1. Building a buildable can stop any player (friends or foes alike) from moving if they are within a certain distance of it while it is in build mode. This is most noticeable with the Jump Pad.

2. Binding build sentry to mouse wheel up and det sentry to mouse wheel down causes servers to lag big time depending on how often/quickly the commands are pressed. (I might be wrong about the actual build/det sg commands being what causes it as I don't have any key bound to build or det a SG)
