WIP: ff_startec
 

Hey, this is an old tfc map i made, and i started to remake it for FF
Its a CTF map with 2 teams.

Its called: Stargate Aztec Wars (Startec)

so far the blue base is complete, just needs more lighting/eye candy/details

Where are the spikes in the lava? Wait, that's water...I like the changes :)


Only reason Startec was not played in UGC was the hole in the map located near the red left ramp/sprial. I have always wanted to play this in a league match.

yea, i know i was working on a startec2 at the time, but for some readon never really released it, but this time i got more experience, and am going to playtest it more,

there wont be a stargate in the middle anymore tho, well maybe somewhere else ;p

needs more stargates!

I don't see one goddamned chevron or DHD. I am severely disappointed when this fact comes to light.

Ever since that Source Stargate mod got killed I have been megas sad. "Defend the gate" always would have been such a cool gameplay style... after 20 minutes of defending it, the chevrons light up, the beautiful kawoosh, and you can go through and come out the SGC. *sniffle*
