How this thread works:
If you need hosting for screenshots of your map, try ImageShack or PhotoBucket. Maps marked with a double-asterisk () haven't been updated in a while - at least a month and a half. If it's your map, do me a favor and let me know how it's coming along, or that you're still working on it. ------------------

I would guestimate that Ramparts is about 25% done, Circuitous, if you want a number.
Good work on this, it's a nice contribution. also, your new avatar makes me go 'awwwwww' at the cute kitteh. btw: do any mappers need webspace to help host their maps, screenshots, etc.? I can set something up, too, if there's an interest or need. |

also im considering passing the torch to another developer, seeing as i dont really have the time anymore :/ was great when i was a bum with no job, but i do 36 hours a week now on top of a full time college course, so it kinda sucks. in terms of % done, the basic layout and minor details are around 60-70% done. the base is all there, i was making a start on making a pathway, and a village type thingy for the attackers to start out from. the skybox also needs redoing, as the last one was just a glorified placeholder. so, ya. if someone reckons they can turn rags to riches theyre more than welcome to do so :p just pm me. nb: i dont just wanna give it to just anyone :p id rather give it to someone whos at least at my level ;D no offense but a fair few hours have gone into that map |

ff_aggression: Totally on hold for now, holding steady at an estimated 85%. The gameplay type should probably be under the a/d category because the teams take turns being off/def. Maybe it should be reverse CTF / multi-push or something. ff_harbor: Totally complete (except for the ff_ specific entities and textures, of course) so a big 100% for this one. Might I suggest this one be listed as 2-way Hunted? ff_tiger: I'm working on it now, and work progresses surely if slowly. 25%. CZ2 is listed as command points under the other category, and it has the exact same gameplay as tiger, so maybe change one? Idunno. And finally, I'm proud to announce: ff_mackerel Found here: http://forums.fortress-forever.com/v...?p=63808#63808 This map is 100%, and totally playable in CSS right now. The gameplay type on this is totally funmap, like on the level of l337sk337. |
