I've been working on a retexture / rework (as we discussed on irc NeoNL).

Gameplay changes:
Added ladders to yard water.
Made window openings bigger
Reshaped roof and added windows with breakable glass

To Do:
Add models when i get model browser working in hammer.
(banner flag overlays will be replaced with their respective models)
Add Signage
Fix basement water access texture glitch (help anyone?)

Hopefully the changes to bases make the yard flow a bit quicker...
Until i release it properly this version of quark is available to play on my server as ff_quark_rt_b14.
