Awesome destroy rollout, gonna practice that sweet move.

And let's not forget. Sure, it may be a team game, but it's always Oreo's fault.

AirTrek 01-13-2015 02:22 PM

That 1 medpack.

the_cake 01-13-2015 09:58 PM

It's the sign he's about to do a sweet move.

AfterShock 01-20-2015 11:28 PM

Medpacks actually add +1 weight to the medic when you are holding them, so tossing them makes you go like 0.1% faster.

??? Is this true??? Is this the same for bags too? Is that why some people drop a bag outside their spawn every run on offense - to be fasteR??????????????????????????

Nah I do that out of habit, mostly to prevent an EMP's damage and to make sure the bag left over when I die leaves the least amount of metal for the enemy Engi to keep their gun/disp up.

Death bag contents are universal, doesn't matter how much you tossed or picked up.

XPelargos 01-22-2015 09:44 PM

But the anti-EMP thing is still legit, right?

And can you weigh in on weight of bags too, Aftershock?

The anti-EMP thing is legit, more-so for classes that discard cells or rockets. If I remember right, tossable medpacks actually use cells as ammo, so medics don't discard them, which means that EMPs do less damage to medics that have thrown all their medpacks.

Weight isn't a thing.

XPelargos 01-23-2015 05:53 AM

I'm shocked! Aftershocked that is. Ban plox.

Thanks for the info about the medpack cells though. Pretty cool.

EDIT: If weight isn't a thing then why do HWguys get bounced less by rockets and stuff?
