God damn it Microsoft.
I'm sick of everything I try to do involving modding requiring me to use an old version of Visual Studio which I can't get because Microsoft decide to remove all download links to out-dated software.
Any way around this? Any websites with older software, any workarounds, any anything? I'm trying to install the ModBuddy for Civ 5 (its IDE), but it requires the Visual Studio 2010 Isolated Shell Redistributable which can't be downloaded from the Microsoft link anymore because it doesn't fucking exist. I can kinda just use the files from the Civ 5 folder, but it sucks because I don't how the files correlate / where half of them are. |
cnet.com should have most versions of microsoft products along with a lot of other stuff.

There's only the Visual Studio 2008 Isolated Shell Redistributable on cnet. :LL Dammit. (would have just won a game of Civ 5 but i forgot the UN needs to be built for you to win by Diplomatic Victory - literally just put all my cities to produce wealth and gave all the city states tons of money - whoops) |

You sure that's 2010 version?
EDIT: Oh, it is! Nice. Where the fuck did you find the link to this? |
i googled it, found a post on a civ forum and then posted the link here to look like a real cool guy
