ff_destroy_hdr

Just a retexture/lighting version of destroy with a couple of small changes to flag room, 1 extra ammo pack and a new sg spot.

I like it. Only things I noticed that were a bit off were one or two of the textures in the respawn were the wrong color (red/blue) and the brick texture could use some improvement. It either looks too flat or too small. Does the texture have a bump map?

Looks kinda ugly imo. :/ Not that Destroy was particularly good looking to begin with. But you took a lot of the detailing out. Textures look fairly cartoony as well.

Sorry, not a fan of it at all. The textures are god awful, the only place they look okay is the yard but there is no alpha painted geometry which makes differentiating hills difficult. Also destroy is probably one of the most balanced maps in the game, I really don't see why the extra bag and sg spot (which is way too far away from anything to be fully useful) were added. I can't speak much on the lighting cause the the textures take away from it.

HDR doesn't make a whole lot of sense on a map without a bright enough light source and texture/geometry variety to emphasize the effect, and honestly making the wall lights that bright would just be annoying. Environment lighting also detracts from the effect. Think darkish rooms with sunlight through windows shining on a tile or stone surface, that's when you actually see hdr. Or outdoors with the sun pretty bright and lots of reflective surfaces. Also I'm imagining playing mini golf at the button.
