Anyone want to form a FF community?
 

My server host is setting up a 22 slot server for me, centrally located in Chicago. Was wondering if anyone would like to jump on board? Would be interested in other adults joining but not opposed to the younger folks who are mature. Plan on a long term nice community of people so if interested let me know! I used to belong to a couple great communities/clans and currently run a very successful CS 1.6 server, would like to recapture that in FF if possible.

I've already paid for a server and a website so I'm pretty much starting a community from scratch.

I'll tell you what, I'll hang around for a bit, but I would like to see your site. I really don't like community's that have myspace or freewebs as a site.

We currently are running the #1 ranked 1.6 CS server in the USA and #4 in the world on game-monitor.com and are opening up into the FF/source world. So anyone who is an avid 1.6 player is also welcome to stop by the site and check it out and the server.

But as I said above FF is a brand new venture and we want to build a community solely towards it. Running a hack free fun server is the goal!

The fortress part of the forums/site is being worked on right now infact.

my server has been full the first 30 minutes it was up....i dont think anyone needs to advertise there server yet.... im just hoping the interest stays when tf2 comes out.. Some of the people that play these games, there attention is soooooo short....FF is the only thing that just brought me back to gaming again.. thanks guys!!

Wanted to update and post the server is finally up and 100% functional.

It's been pretty much full for an hour now and running very smooth. Gameservers seems to be hosting the mod nicely. So you central/eastern players hop in and check it out!

Yeah, thanks for the plug!!! Much appreciated. CS hosts mine in Atlanta. 1 crash at 3 am. It was full solid until then. Got up this morning and it was full and full ever since.

Well hopefully my server follows up like that. Would be nice to have it full when I'm able to play tomorrow afternoon =]. Right now still full so I'll go blow myself up a lot :P

Well yea? Was looking for people to join [uFg] and play on the UFGamers FF server. Would like to get a nice group of people to regularly play with. It's always more fun when you know the majority of people you're playing with.

So far we only have two members, myself and another who is also part of our CS community. Would like to add 15 or so people to the FF community and have some fun.
