this game used to be one of the craziest shooters back in time, like 5-6 yrs ago. had quite fast of a movement, grappling hook and a movement gun (which had a tiny conc effect that boosts u in any possible direction). now this remake supports "controller enabled" and none of those features exist afaik. just lol

I prefer Xonotic to be honest.

but, im sure new nexuiz will succeed as they have removed all the depth out of the game.

Isn't Warsow more dead than... pretty much anything? Or maybe it's active in Europe. I played it once, the movement in that game is awesome.

Xonotic is still in beta and they haven't really started advertising/reaching out for that game yet, so who knows what the future will bring.

From what I played on my friend's 360 Nexuiz feels more like Unreal Tournament than Quake, which is what Classic Nexuiz and Xonotic were/are trying to more closely resemble.

the new one is terrible. so probably the old one. the new xonotic is great. but just not my cup of tea. not meant for left handers :( lol

Sorry it didn't work out for you. :( Yeah, Xonotic is a fantastic arena FPS. Highly recommended for those who would like a break from FF -- Xonotic is neither better nor worse than FF, just a different type of game. Arena vs. fortress.

lol you can switch the gun to the left side (of the screen). how is that not meant for left handers, ;)

That doesn't solve the problem of having a left handed mouse and using a keypad as movement. i dont have enough keys to quickly switch to whatever weapon. :s

Omg I just DL'd Xonotic. I am having a blast. I was a hardcore Q3A player and I gotta say this reminds me of it so much. I love it... ahh my old Q3A days. I miss them.

Warsow 1.01 was just released earlier today, so if you're in the mood, I recommend that as well. Though Xonotic is definitely more unique and the people there generally seem nicer.
