- Server Rules

• Don't be a douche.

- Class Limits

• 1 Pyro per team max
• 2 Snipers per team max
• 2 Engineers per team max
• 3 HWs per team max

- Server has over 100 custom maps to choose from.
- A decent Mapcycle and the ability to RTV/Nominate your favorite maps.
- Customized to 'fix' gamebreaking overpowered classes.

• Soldier's Laser Grenade is just too OP to keep in game, so it has been removed until the next patch is released.
• Pyro's Armor class changed from .6 to .5 to match the engineer. He still has 150 armor by default. Lighter armor also means more tricks with the flamethrower.
• Pyro's Speed changed from 300 to 280 to match the Speed of the Demoman.
• Pyro's Napalm grenade from 4 max, 2 initial to 2:1.

This server is not your normal every day run of the mill server. It is awesome and fills up almost every day. Currently, the most active times seem to be around 2-5pm CST, 7pm CST and 9pm-2am CST.

...REMEMBER TO TURN FRICTION BACK ON BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

And add a command to disable the sounds if someone wants. Some things can be fun, but to much of it can really turn a person off.

This would be a welcome addition, I've seen one person rage quit due to sounds already.

Ahh well I figured I had friction set in my server.cfg file. I guess not hehe.:razz:

fixed, and updated the friction in server.cfg.

Also, regarding the sounds, I'll have to contact the guy who made the plugin because I can't see what the commands are to turn them off.

Until then, use the command !stop using regular chat to stop the current sound from being played.

you can just do cl_downloadfilter nosounds

just type !sounds in the chat and it turns them off

the sounds are awesome, gives you that tfc pub vibe, no idea why anyone would want them off. :)

Yeah, I think they give the server personality. I hope he puts up my "unacceptable" sound clip that I sent him. 8)

Well, it would seem mooney was correct about the !sounds option all along.

So to disable sounds for yourself, type !sounds and you will no longer hear any custom sounds or have the ability to use the sounds yourself.

Alternatively, typing !sounds a second time will re-enable the sounds.

I hope this clears up any issues as I know some people dislike them.

Your server was lagging yesterday, when I hopped on everyone had like 150 ping, including me and I usually ping like -15. What's up wid dat
