Steam chat API?
 

It looks like Steam has finally added some kind of third party chat API, although I can't find any information about it on the Internet, aside from old requests for people asking for one. IMO (imo.im) has implemented it...

ooo, if you find any docs on it let me know, i wanna see how well they did it, make a iPhone Steam Chat App :P

Oh, it's possible - not sure how well it'd work,but there is a Flex Bridge for C++ that will communicate with Flex and you can compile Flex to be used on the iPhone, and then just do a web app for Android.

Yeah, IMO must be using OpenSteamworks or SteamRE (also by the same guy), unless they negotiated some deal with Valve.

Well if SteamRE is capable of steam chat then you should be able to port this to anything?
